Indigenous Relationships

TW Industrial Group Ltd is committed to engaging with Indigenous communities where we work. We have operated within numerous First Nations traditional territories in British Columbia. Specifically, we have worked in the following Indigenous areas: Tahltan Nation, Carrier Sekani, Allied Tribes of Lax Kw’alaams, McLeod Lake, Wet’suwet’en Nation and Nazko First Nation.  We are committed to the development of mutually beneficial opportunities for First Nations participation in our planning and operations, including procurement and employment.

Meaningful engagement and consultation begin with respecting the rights of Indigenous peoples, whose legally recognized lands and traditional territories are within, or in close proximity to, the areas where we operate. We engage early and often with communities to build solid relationships based on mutual trust, respect of customs and culture, a shared understanding of issues, transparency, inclusiveness, two-way dialogue, and collaborative problem-solving to achieve mutually satisfactory outcomes.

“Proud to be working and living within the traditional territories of the Lheidli T’enneh.”
